• The design model must be chosen from our "templates web design warehouse" or our "flash templates web design warehouse".
• Actual template development in HTML and/or Dreamweaver template (DWT) format, or Flash (FLA) format.
• Home page design is included.
• If you need us to create website pages from the template it's $75/page (HTML only - text, images and links). Please note that the client must provide content for each page, and we will format the pages so they look nice. Click here to learn more about our copywriting services.
• Standard "contact us" page with form can be added for $75.
• Any extras (programming, databases, forms, JavaScript, flash, etc.) will be quoted at a rate of $85/hour.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices comes standard with all 4 Site web site designs.

* If you have purchased a website template elsewhere and need us to create pages from your template, the above fees still apply (we will waive the $399 setup fee). If you already have a web design that was made for you by another graphic designer, the above fees still apply - we can convert that design into a website for you for $399.

Website Hosting & Maintenance Information:

Our template designs can be hosted by any website hosting provider, or can be hosted by us on our company web servers. Hosting is $19.95/month for standard HTML/Flash websites, $29.95/month for database driven websites and $39.95/month for eCommerce websites. All our website hosting packages include regular website maintenance & customer support, email service (POP and/or forwarding accounts), unlimited space and bandwidth (within reason), website statistics and access to our "Search Engine Dashboard".

Don't want to host with us? That's fine! You or your webmaster maintain your site, or we can act as your webmaster (even though you are not hosting with us). Website maintenance will be quoted at a rate of $85/hour.
