4 Site Interviews Broker/Owner Agi Anderson

Agi Anderson is the broker/owner of A1A Internet Realty in Brevard County, Florida. Her website http://www.MLSview.com has gotten an incredible 1,014,106 hits since she switched to us in April of 2004 (exact number of hits as of December 19, 2004). According to her website statistics, she gets over 4,000 hits a day on average. We interviewed her so that we could share some of her secrets of success with you!

What do you love most about your website?
 
  Agi:
"I really love how easy it is to maintain my web site. The control panel allows ultra quick additions and changes. I also like that my clerical staff is able to do must of the maintenance work."

How many sales per month on average have come from your website?
 
  Agi:
"I would say I have 3-5 closed sales per month, remember I had 3 hurricane set backs so I anticipate that number to increase."

What do you think is the #1 way people find your website?
 
  Agi:
"Search engines, I have multiple domain names that are redirected to my hub web site. I pay to have more than a dozen web site pages resubmitted to the search engines on a regular basis. It's one less thing I have to think about."

Your site has extensive customization, including sections devoted to new construction, waterfront properties, adult communities and golf real estate. How has that played a part in how well your website has done?
 
  Agi:
"I am very, much into niche marketing, 4-Site USA has modified my site with the growth of my business ie; adding my golf page, waterfront page etc."

Any suggestions for those out there on how to market their website more effectively?
 
  Agi:
"Most of my advertising dollars go towards promoting my web site. I no longer advertise individual listings. I promote visiting my web site and use all my various domain names to attract the type of buyers and sellers that fit my marketing niches."

Is there anything else you would like to add?
 
  Agi:
"Truly much of my success on the web is attributed to Kim and 4 Site USA, what ever I dream up, Kim is able to design and put it into reality on my web site. I think it's imperative to pay attention to my web site, it needs regular attention, checking to make sure all the links are working, that info is accurate and to reply quickly to requests for information."
